Daniel has been a qualified Financial Planner for over 16 years, owning and operating both boutique and large Financial Planning operations in the Newcastle and Central Coast areas.

Daniel engages with clients in all different phases of life; from those looking to build strong foundations for themselves and their family, those looking to create wealth and also those preparing for retirement. He is passionate about working with clients where the relationship is open and honest as this ensures he can provide clarity and focus on building their ideal future with no limitations!

Daniel now operates and coaches multiple businesses in Financial Planning, Mortgage Broking and Property Investment Advice as well as a Technology start-up business, Rotavi. Numbers have always held a place in the heart of SWA’s Rosie Copp. “I used to go with my Dad to the accountant every year,” she recalls. “And I learnt early how large a part they play over the course of our lives.”

With over 25 years’ experience in financial services and advisory roles here and in London, Rosie now brings that nuanced understanding of numbers to her role at SWA, specialising in the particular challenges faced by those entering into Aged Care.

It is a duty deeply informed by personal experience. Attending to her mother’s physical and financial well-being during her transition into assisted living opened Rosie’s eyes to how much potential there was to make a lasting, positive impact for people through good advice informed by compassion and understanding.

Among the most common considerations people are required to think about are things such as Centrelink eligibilities and payments, sales of homes, and general estate planning – whether they wish to retain their home and rent it out, or leave it to their children, and so on.

That’s why this warm and personable mother of two and devoted daughter has made it her passion to help alleviate the money worries of families in such circumstances, so they can be made to feel empowered in what can be a turbulent and draining time.

“I take the time to explain things, so that people can make the most informed decision for themselves and their family,” she says. “And I take them through all the paperwork.
